Deacon Nomination Form

 

Nominating someone to serve as a Deacon is an important responsibility.  Here are a few reminders as we prayerfully approach this process:

 

  • Please do not inform the candidate of this recommendation.  The candidate will be contacted by one of our Deacon Interview Teams if and when the time is appropriate.
  • Please refer to Acts 6:1-7 & 1 Timothy 3:8-13 for the Biblical qualifications for deacons and prayerfully consider your recommendation(s).
  • Take a moment to review the list of current Deacons who are currently serving and are not eligible for nomination at this time.
  • Please note that a nominee must be an active church partner (member) for one full year in order to be eligible to serve our church family as a deacon.
  • Please note our By-Laws only allow nominations to be received by church partners (members).
  • Please complete as much of the form as you can from your personal knowledge.  Do not worry about leaving blank spaces.  Our Deacon Interview Teams will follow up.

Submitting a form online is the preferred method for nominating a candidate.  Fill out the form below to submit your nomination.  When completed, an email will be sent to the Pastor's office to confirm your submission.
