Begin with Christ, the first in a series of Bible studies for the First Place 4 Health program, will help participants focus on surrendering to God. Through daily study and prayer, participants will learn how to overcome temptation and find true satisfaction in pleasing God. Lasting change from the inside out begins with Christ. 12 weekly studies help participants prepare, day-by-day, for the weekly group meeting, as well as provide a handy method for tracking daily and weekly progress. Also included are inspirational and motivational Scripture memory verses on laminated cards, two weeks of Menu Plans with macro-micronutrients listed, a walking chart and a coordinating Scripture Memory Music CD for training the mind while training the body. Discover the importance of putting Christ first each day and seeking a relationship with God above all else.

By sitting at the feet of Jesus and absorbing His teaching, women will be able to deal with essential issues like managing their time, getting along with difficult people, taking time for themselves, and even organizing their lives. This thought-provoking, yet light-hearted, study helps women discover practical, biblical help to confront issues that otherwise leave them discouraged. It helps participants develop biblical skills to handle stressful situations; grow in their relationship with Jesus; and ultimately experience peace, joy, and a saner lifestyle.

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. GriefShare is designed for people grieving the death of a loved one. Many other life situations bring deep grief, such as separation and divorce, a loved one who is dying, estrangement, loss of a loved one to a cult, loss of custody of a child through divorce and more. You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. You will be able to continue with GriefShare through the next 13-week cycle and view any of the videos you have not seen.
