Allen James, Senior Pastor (email)

Allen was called in May 2008 to serve as Pastor of West Bradenton Baptist Church in Bradenton, Florida.  Prior to his current ministry role, Allen served as a College Pastor (5 years) as well as a Student Pastor (12 years). Allen has a love for people of all ages.  His desire for West Bradenton Baptist Church is that she would continue to become a fellowship of believers who inspire generations to pursue Jesus Christ. In his spare time, Allen enjoys spending time with his family, cleaning the pool, home renovations, and playing golf!

Education:  B.A. in Speech Communication Studies, Memphis State University
Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary

Sense of Calling:  The Lord moved powerfully in my life as a freshmen in college regarding an unyielding commitment to Him.  I have never regretted that decision!
